Reminder – Webinar by Callum Thomas, CEO, Thomas Thor: “Attracting and Retaining Talent in the European Nuclear Sector”

This is to announce our webinar to be held on Thursday, June 12, 2025, at 13:00 (CET) Webinar by Callum Thomas, CEO, Thomas Thor: “Attracting and Retaining Talent in the European Nuclear Sector” As the nuclear sector grows in Europe, the challenges around attracting and retaining talent are also growing. The purpose of this webinar is to bring stakeholders together from across the European nuclear sector to hear about and share experiences around trends, best practices and lessons learned related to attracting and retaining the talent needed to deliver on the European ambitions in nuclear energy. Speaker: Callum Thomas, CEO, Thomas Thor Who should attend?: Executives responsible for leading organisations, leaders of teams and departments, and human resources professionals. Topics covered will include: How the internationalisation of the workforce is changing the dynamic, and how to harness the benefits What measures can be taken when recruiting to improve the chances of long-term retention of the people hired Why inclusion and diversity initiatives are often failing, and why retention is low when hiring people from underrepresented and minority groups The opportunities, competition and threats are from outside of Europe in relation to nuclear workforce, and how to respond Opportunities for collaboration at the European level to attract and retain the workforce, and limitations to collaboration The first webinar has been organised by Westinghouse with a slightly different format, requesting a prior registration, and it is already receiving a considerable interest in terms of promised attendance. Please, register to attend at the link of the first and the forthcoming webinars. REGISTRATION

Webinar: 80 anni dopo Chicago Pile 1
