- collaboration among national stakeholders,
- regulatory control of radioactive sources,
- radiological incidents and emergencies involving radioactive sources,
- international cooperation and
- sustainability and effectiveness of national regimes, including sustainability and resilience in unplanned situations (e.g., pandemics and natural disasters)
