Beating Cancer – Turning the tide with medical isotopes

Public Stakeholder Consultation on the Euratom Research and Training Programme 2021-2025

Deadline Friday, 16 February 2018 at 12 noon CET. FORMULAIRE available via EU Survey https://ec.europa.eu/eusurvey/runner/Euratom_21-25 Formulaire in PDF format https://ec.europa.eu/eusurvey/pdf/survey/104722?lang=EN&unique=1ff87a32-0ec1-478a-923d-9a00e4ca9358 Presentation The Euratom Research and Training Programme 2014-2018 is the European programme for funding research and training in nuclear safety, radiation protection, waste management and fusion. Its aims in fission are the continuous improvement of nuclear safety and management of radioactive waste and advancing our understanding of the effects of ionising radiation on humans and the environment. The Euratom Progamme also contributes to the optimisation of the use of radiation in medical applications. Fusion research supported by the Euratom Programme seeks to implement the roadmap to the realisation of fusion electricity by 2050. The Euratom Programme supports research through both direct actions (carried out by the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre) and indirect actions (funding of research projects). We invite everyone, in particular research stakeholders, to take part in this targeted consultation in the context of an ongoing ex-ante impact assessment for a future Euratom Programme (2021-2025), and to have a say on the future of Euratom research and training activities. The results of this consultation will help us to improve the implementation of the Euratom Programme. This questionnaire should take around 20 minutes to complete. At the end of the questionnaire you will have the option to upload a document expanding your views on the various subjects mentioned. You may submit your answers until Friday, 16 February 2018 at 12 noon CET.
